Sketty is a popular residential village situated along the edge of Swansea city centre, approximately 2 miles in a westerly direction.

The village is centred on Sketty Cross along the junctions of Gower Road, Vivian Road, and Dillwyn Road. Sketty Cross offers a range of amenities including local cafés, restaurants and established retail units. The popular retail district and suburb of Uplands is also located within a short driving distance to the east. The area is ideally located for residents requiring to work within close proximity to the city centre while providing ease of access to the surrounding Swansea catchment.

The Vivian, locally known as the ‘Vivs’ is set in the Swansea town of Sketty. We are well known locally for providing great value, tasty food and having a great atmosphere, especially when showing live fixtures from Sky Sports.

Slice

Slice is owned and run by business partners Adam Bannister and Chris Harris. Experienced chefs, the pair have been cooking together since college and subsequently in high-end restaurants around the country. Since opening in 2014, Slice has gained entry to the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide. In 2015 Adam won the Welsh title on the BBC’s Great British Menu and competed again in 2016.
